New Spray Booth

Part of Tecforce's ongoing expansion plan is the recent commissioning of a fully enclosed down draught spray booth.

This 7 metre by 4 metre booth with additional oven gives Tecforce an 'in house' painting facility that allows a high standard of finish with rapid through put.

Tecforce's coating experience and expertise benefits the customer in a unique manner, in that all his coating/finishing requirements can be met at one location,and problems with finish and application can be solved in house.

With a range of spray equipment from conventional to air assisted airless, allowing the use of a range of materials from High Solids to Water Based single and two pack products.

In tandem withe the spray booth, Tecforce offers a range of training courses enabling companies to develope their own staff skills base and provide valuable experience in spray painting techniques.

With a soon to be commissioned shot blast facility we will be able to satisfy all of your needs for training, component re-finishing and re-furbishment.

Rigid quality control using a range of equipment encompassing Film Thickness Gloss measurement and Adhesion testing is carried out by a fully trained surface coatings technologist, allowing Tecforce to satisfy its commitment to ISO 9000
