New Shot Blast Cabinet

Our new shot blast cabinet measures 4m x 3m.

The unit has a waffle floor vacuum recovery system which collects and conveys all types of abrasive from the floor area through mini hoppers to an abrasive cleaning system and returns the cleaned media back to the blasting machine.

Dust emissions are controlled by two Enviraclean Dust Extractors, working on a volume of 3,500 cfm and 800 sq ft of filter area. The system is backed up with an automatic shakedown.

Air supply for the unit is via a dedicated Atlas Copco ZT18 Compressor and dryer.
