WHAT ARE EMISSIONS?

Hazardous Emissions are contaminates released to the atmosphere following from your manufacturing processes.

Tecforce can perform Emissions Testing to BS3405 and ISO 9096, by testing dust emissions for particulates. We can also test for vapours and Solvents (Total Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) produced by the paint process etc). These standards are regulated by Local Authorities.
The Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 1990 requires companies to apply for a licence from their Local Authority, and must have each process tested annually.

HOW IS IT TESTED?

Tecforce will measure isokinetically measure the air velocity inside your ducting using specialist probes. This will show the effectiveness of your filtration systems.
We will also produce a report that is both easily read and understood, which will advise on how best to reduce your emissions levels.
