MSDS / COSHH Service

Every day you use chemicals which could be dangerous if used incorrectly. Do you know how to use them properly and safely? Do you want to save money and improve your materials use? Tecforce can provide a unique complete service for the control of your Materials Safety Data Sheets and help you to comply with COSHH.

Stage One

Depending on the size of you company, our highly experienced Chartered Chemist will spend up to a full day reviewing your processes and chemicals used on site. This will include how each chemical is used, to enable a COSHH assessment to be undertaken.

Stage Two

Our Chemist will then evaluate the data in readiness for a company presentation. This will include a proposal on chemical rationalisation, a procedure to control the purchase of new chemicals, and an implementation programme.

Stage Three

We will construct an online database for the storage and retrieval of the relevant Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and COSHH assessments.

Stage Four

We will implement this system to your company, including full training for all of your nominated staff.

Ongoing

As your MSDS change, we will update your system accordingly
If a new chemical is requested we will evaluate this against the database to confirm that this does not already exist. If a new chemical is necessary we will carry out an assessment and add it to the database.
Any changes to legislation will automatically trigger an update of all assessments.
We will audit your site once per year minimum (dependant upon the size of your company).
Tecforce will also provide a telephone helpline, so that your company will have access to our Chemist for technical/process enquiries.
